Soft washing for siding, roofs, and painted surfaces
Vinyl siding, painted wood, stucco, and asphalt shingle roofs shouldn't be blasted at 3,500 PSI — pressure that high forces water past overlaps and behind trim. We use a low-pressure soft-wash system with an appropriate detergent that kills the algae and mildew at the root, then rinses clean. The house looks new without collateral damage.
Pressure washing for hard surfaces
Concrete driveways, paver walkways, brick patios, and pool decks can take real pressure — and that's where higher PSI earns its keep. We use surface cleaners on flat concrete so the finish comes out even, and wand work at joints and edges. Deck boards get cleaned at pressures that won't fuzz the wood grain.
When to schedule it
Most homes benefit from a full exterior wash every year or two. It's the single best prep step before painting or staining, and it's a cheap way to protect siding, roofing, and trim from long-term biological damage.
